We had one early in the week, and then a bigger one on Friday. Frank's anemometers at the SST read a max gust of 102 km/h. But that's nothing compared to Thule, where one of their off-station sensors read 320 km/h. In the past few hours it's started blowing again, so we'll see what develops for tomorrow. A result of this wind is that every door at the lab is snowed in. Next time we go out there's a bunch of shovelling waiting for us. Next weekend is our last weekend here and the Souper Des Nobles. For some reason they invited me, and I invited Frank. We started using the Ford as our primary vehicle and took it out to the lab for the first time yesterday. It's not quite as smooth as the GMC, but better at going over drifts after all the storms we've had. Speaking of storms, the SWO is on the PA right now saying we're back at storm condition 1.
