It lasted all weekend cancelling some rec trips. Box top has now officially started. There are lots of people on station and everyone is really busy. All house mugins and partys are cancelled until Box top is finished. We are hoping to go to the Box top olympics and kick some American butt, as long as the planes are working ok its still a go, but if one of the planes breaks down, they will be cancelled. Lee and I managed to patch up some of the cracks in the main entrance to block the blowing snow out, it turned out pretty well. After the windstorm there wasn't that much snow in the main entrance, which saves us hours of shoveling, hopefully it lasts. This week we spotted 4 rabbits while doing permafrost, cute as ever. Thats is for this week in Alert, we look forward to seeing Andrew on wednesday!!! Julie
