GAS PROGRAM NDIR *098j - NDIR required re-zeroing, adjusting mode on @ 1448z, set to port 2 (zero air). Voltage raised from ~ -160 mV to -15 mV. This was as high as it could be set). Set back to port 1 after adjustment and left to flush for some time. Adusting mode off @ 1508z. O.K. CAPMoN Ozone TEI 49C #49C-73452-373 O.K. CH4/CO2/CO GC *098j - GC 6890 WH tank swapped between 1610z and 1614z: tank off: ALM-000809 tank on: AES N2 202 pres off: <100 psi pres on: 1025 psi - GC ambient air pump switched off from 1706z to 1708z for moisture trap change. *099j - GC compressor and air generator switched off @ 1737z - N2 tank closed momentarily @ 1750z while N2 gen. line to T-connector undone. Open end of T capped off immediately after. - N2 generator switched off and unplugged @ 1801z to let pressure die down and catalyst cool (for catalyst swap the following day). *100j - N2 generator inlet & outlet disconneted @ 1420z. Catalyst changed, hooked back in inlet & outlet. Leak tested all connections affected during maintenance. No leaks detected at these connections however some air escaping from internal plastic tubing running from filter. Generator plugged in and switched on to start 5 hour warm up period (outlet closed during this period). - N2 generator outlet opened and back FID on GC re-ignited @ ~2130z. O.K. *New hydrogen generator installed. CFC 11, 12, 13 GC *100j - CFC ambient pump found stopped. Unplugged to let cool @ 1417z. - Pump plugged back in @ 1959z. Had to manually give shaft a push to get it going. O.K.
