PAN GC -Offline, due to lack of He Juice Jug Inlet *126j - appearance of small brownish spots O.K. CH4/CO2/CO GC *128j - N2 backup tank for GC closed temporarily to test if N2 generator was providing enough gas to run instrument, @ 1349z. - N2 tank re-opened @ 1434 as outlet pressure of N2 generator dropped to ~15 psi. Leak discovered at outlet of regulator leaving N2 generator. N2 switched off temporarily @ 1441z to replace leaky fitting. *129j - N2 generator receiver pressure still at zero after replacing fitting the previous day. Outlet valve closed and will be left overnight. N2 tank opened in the meantime, @ 1708z. - H2 tank closed from ~1720 to 1750z while H2 generator hooked up. Water pump in generator leaked so the generator was shut down and disconnected. - Back detector flame re-ignited @ 1830z. *New hydrogen generator malfunctioning, likely leaky water pump. Packed up to be shipped South. CFC 11, 12, 13 GC O.K.
