GAS PROGRAM NDIR *224j -NDIR logger program halted and set in adjusting mode @ 1720z. W1 tank & regulator closed to see if they hold pressure as small leak is suspected. -Initial tank pressure: 1325 ps, line pressure: 21 psi -Line pressure dropped to ~ 1 psi after 1 hour, results inconclusive. -Logger set back to regular sampling mode. -W1 tank left closed and regulator outlet capped off. Will check if regulator looses pressure overnight. (inital line pressure: 23 psi.) *226j -NDIR W1 tank did not lose tank or regulator pressure over two days, when capped at regulator outlet. -repeat pressure test for line -outlet line re-attached (difficult to screw on, fitting did not appear stripped, but required a wrench to screw on) -logger program hlated and set to adjusting mode @ 1410z, initial tank pres 1310 psi, line pres 20 psi -line pres dropped to ~16psi by 1812z. Tank left sloces and logger set to regular sampling mode at this time. Will replace outlet fitting from regulator tomorrow and redo leak test. *227j -Regulator changed on NDIR W1 tank. Logger program halted and set to adjusting mode @ 1330z. -Set to port 4 at that time to flush new regulator & line. -W1 tank and regulator closed at 1348z to leak test. (port set to 1) -initial tank pres: 1225 psi, line pressure 20 psi -Possible slight drop in line pressure but likely no leak -W1 optank opened and logger set to reular mode @ 1452z O.K.
