Ambient Air (070): -OFFLINE RGM Unit, 1130 0016, 2537A (012): *164j Pump unit shows flow near 0 -Pump unit off @ 17:41 UTC The following changes were made between 19:03 - 19:16 UTC -Denuder changed: Out: 2300 In: Care01 -RPF glassware changed: Out: D In: A -Impactor frit flipped -Quartz sample line filter changed -Zero line filter changed Pump unit 1130 inspected -Switched out for new pump -Upon turning on the pump pump ran for ~10 seconds, with a flow of ~17.5. The flow then dropped to ~0.5 then the main fuse blew. -Replaced fuse and tried again - the same thing happened. -Put the old pump back in and left pump off - Patrick Lee told me he would send a new one. -1130 Speciation unit off @ 20:15 UTC -SN040 remains on to measure GEM *166j Tested new pump with tubing off to see if the fuse was blowing because the pump was drawing too much current due to a clogged line. -Fuse still blew -Found another pump in the cabinet. Installed it into the pump unit -Pump on. Flow 9.13 *168j Took brushes and diaphram out of new pump hat has been blowing fuses and put them in old pump. It now works again. -Sending fuse blowing pump back with no diaphram or brushes. O.K. DENUDER INVENTORY = 2 case(s), 0 tube(s): 7 denuder(s). O.K.
