Description: Columns, bullet rosettes, and bullet rosette fragments.
Weather: -22C, 85% RH, N winds (12knots)
Comments: seems to be very little "clouds", just thick ice crystal precipitation near ground. Strong winds are preventing good optics (probably lack of orientation due to turbulence), although there is still a fairly strong 22-degree halo.
