* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 659.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 to 22 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...In the 80s, with mountain valleys into the 90s.

* HAINES...Mid-level Haines 6 or high. High-level Haines of 5 or 
  moderate.

* IMPACTS...A dry and unstable air mass with warm temperatures 
  can contribute to active fire behavior.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
