Location: 100m SE of MSF.
Description: Thick diamond dust event, with the best halos of the summer phase so far. Otherwise, clear skies (no sky photo).
Image DSC_0030 is precipitated diamond dust collected directly on the slide, the remaining images are from scraping the uppermost mm's of surface snow in an attempt to collect the previous hours diamond dust accumulation.
Crystals appear to dominantly be columns.
