Changed directory where to read manual parameter file to CALNEX_2010 in
D:\CALNEX_2010\Atlantis\Autolux_programs_v2\flux\MANUALflux_eval_CALNEX_2010

Manual and Auto flux routines are from RHB CLIVAR cruise setup

When I run Manualflux for the WHOTS data read_met and Read_scs don't work.
WHOTS had a me1, me2 and no scs.
read_gps works  Changed lat and lon ranges in read_parameters_CALNEX to -112,-132,30, 40
for CALNEX region
read_head doesn't work due to format difference
read_son started, but failed when trying to detrend first hour
read_licor worked, but still need to confirm if there is time issue with the plots

files created by CALNEX_sounding to
calculate Total PWV for each launch. calnex_PWV_sonde.MAT file save in D:\CALNEX_2010\Atlantis\balloon\Processed
to be used for comparison with Mailbox.

D:\CALNEX_2010\Atlantis\Scientific_analysis\programs\sonde\MB_sonde_pwv_DEW reads in sonde and Mailbox files
D:\CALNEX_2010\Atlantis\balloon\Processed\CALNEX_PWV_sonde.mat and D:\CALNEX_2010\Atlantis\radiometer\Mailbox\Processed 
CALNEX_2010_micro_h.txtcontaining PWV
and plot together. PlOt saved in D:\CALNEX_2010\Atlantis\Combined_instruments\Raw_Images\CALNEX_MWR_SONDE_pwv.png
