uvwStream readme

These are hourly files of 10Hz motion-corrected scalar and wind data, used
in computation of turbulent fluxes.  Files have 7 columns of data:
[jd_10Hz,u,v,w,Tsonic,rwdir,q_10Hz].  Note, nds0 and nds1 files do not have
q_10Hz.
