raw data readme

Files in these folders are raw data collected by the NOAA DAS system during
the cruise.  Name format for each folder is YYDDD, where DDD is day of year.  
Note, gprm files are a filtered subset of the gps files, created by a python
script in post processing.

Many of these files had corrupted data lines which crash the motcorr script.
These were manually removed during processing in Feb 2018.  Reverting to
the original 2017 files will remove these corrections.

'unused' folders that may be inside the daily folder are partial or
corrupted files not used in the analysis.
