This directory contains merged LIDAR and Wind Profiler data

Merged is defined to mean that the lidar data are used as high as they go in the lowest
levels and then above that profiler data are used to create a single wind profile. Lidar
have higher vertical resolution that profiler data, but don't extend as high. There are
2 profiler modes (60 and 100m resolution) with 2 sets of files. The .dat files as the entire
experiment. .w1b and w2b are daily profiles in LAPXM common data format.
