Change log for NOAA Stratus Synthesis ship data set

2008 March 31:
Fixed time of aerosol observations for 2004.
Improved boundary layer height for 2006.

Added total accumulation mode aerosol concentration.

VOCALS 2008 soundings added.

April 2010
2007 and 2008 (VOCALS) soundings have an error in the temperature above the
inversion. Vaisala preprocessing software spuriously interpolates across the
sharp temperature change. Fixing this is in process.

Time series data from VOCALS 2008 added. Surface relative humidity, pressure,
and total Aitken mode aerosols concentration variables added. 2001-2007 files
replaced with 2001-2008 files. Oregon State University site launched with
links to ftp data from NOAA/ESRL/PSD. OSU FTP available at
ftp://ftp.coas.oregonstate/edu/dist/sdeszoek/stratus_synthesis/
